Certain rules that we follow in regard to shipping are mentioned here.
- The shipping is Free on all orders above Rs.999. A delivery fee of Rs.99 will be applied for orders below Rs.999.
- We also offer the option for Cash on Delivery. This option is available for an extra charge of Rs. 149
All the products that we deliver are checked for quality. We make sure that the products are delivered to you in excellent condition. We also make sure that the products reach you as soon as possible.
All the orders above Rs.999 are delivered without any inclusion of shipping charges. A nominal charge of Rs.49 will be levied on orders that are below Rs.999.
In case of any cancellations on your side provided that they are before they are shipped from the warehouse, we will refund the full amount of your purchase including the shipping charges.
In case of lost or undelivered packages also, we refund the entire amount of your purchase.
We also request you to follow certain rules regarding the same. These are mentioned below.
- Please do not use the product that you are generating the claim for.
- When you raise the request, you will be asked for certain details for the report. These include a short description of the case and the unboxing video that is essential for the process.
- After the investigation process is completed, we will generate the refund to your account or the original payment method.
In the scenarios where your case is rejected, this will be because of the following reasons:
- You could not provide the unboxing video.
- The information provided is not accurate.
- Please do not dispose of the delivery packet. It will be needed for the pickup of your product.
- The item has been used. In case of multiple order items, certain items are missing from the pickup package.
International Shipping Policy
The International shipping operations for Rare Weave are different than the domestic operations.
To receive the product through Rare Weave worldwide shipping, customers have to bear some additional expenses including import duties, customs duties, and other international shipping-related expenses. These expenses are then paid to the authorities in full and Rare Weave does not charge any extra expenses other than these.
International shipping also takes more time than domestic shipping. We request you be patient with your order while we process it.
International orders take 5-7 days to dispatch and around 7-15 days to deliver.
