Return Policy
We understand that the product you choose to order might not always be the perfect fit for you. There are returns involved in an online purchase to make sure you receive the product that satisfies you best. Our return policy is convenient and customer-centric.
You can place a return request within 3 days of delivery.
Every reverse pickup attempt is chargeable. We deduct Rs.100 for the reverse shipping and refund the rest to your store credit.
However, we also need to ensure that the piece you return is in the condition that it was delivered to you. You can try on the product to make sure that it fits. Before making a return request please make sure that the product is intact with no damage and that all the original tags are still attached.
We check the product for quality and process the refund immediately to your Rare Weave store credit after the quality check is passed.
During the refund procedure, the amount that is paid for the COD fees is not returnable.

Enter your email and we will send you an OTP to confirm it is you placing the return.
Select the Order that you wish to Return.
Fill out the Return form.
You will receive an email with the confirmation of your Return
We will process your return and send you another email with the tracking details of your return.

Accepted reasons for Product Return
Certain reasons are acceptable when processing a refund for the product that you want to return.
We accept returns in circumstances where :
Received a wrong or defective product.
The product did not match the description on the website.
You did not like the fit of the product.
Quality issues
Only under these circumstances, do we issue a refund. Please make sure that you raise the return request within 3 days* of product delivery and select an appropriate reason from the list. This enables us to help you with your return request.
Rules for Returns
There are also some rules to keep in mind when you are placing a return request. These correspond to what requests we can accept when it comes to returns.
There are no extra charges for product pickup. We pick up the return parcel free of cost.
Please make sure that the product has all the tags intact and that there is no damage to the product. Also, make sure that the product is not used.
We do not accept returns for orders that are termed final sales. These are The 999 Collection and The Pathaan Collection.
Products like accessories, essentials, and perfumes are non-returnable. You can also see this in the product description when you place an order.
All the freebies received with the order need to be returned to receive a refund on your order.
We process your refund immediately after the product quality check is passed. The refund should be reflected in your Rare Weave store credit immediately after the quality check is approved.
Products should not be stained or have a perfume scent. The product should not be torn, dirty, or worn either.
When will you get your refund?
We also request you follow certain rules regarding the return process to ensure a seamless refund. These are mentioned below.
Please do not use the product that you are generating the claim for.
When you raise the request, you will be asked for certain details for the report. These include a short description of the case and the unboxing video that is essential for the process.
After the investigation process is completed, we will generate the refund to your account or the original payment method.
In the scenarios where your case is rejected, this will be because of the following reasons:
You could not provide the unboxing video.
The information provided is not accurate.
Please do not dispose of the delivery packet. It will be needed for the pickup of your product.
The item has been used. In case of multiple order items, certain items are missing from the pickup package.
